Olivia & I met in 6th grade, & truly the rest is history. She and I have some sort of soul-tie-destined-to-be-friends-forever type of thing. No matter what phase of life we've been in, we always found our way back to each other, and somehow always seemed to be unintentionally twinning in everything that we do. We both started dating our future husbands within a few months of each other, which was right on par with the way our lives always seem to line up (we're convinced we'll have our kids at the same time one of these days by pure fate.)
One thing to know about Olivia: she's particular about what she likes and extremely hard to surprise. We knew the proposal was going to be hard to pull off without her figuring it out, but Matt knows her so well. He put together the perfect plan to throw her off just enough to where she wouldn't 100% expect it, but also be wearing her favorite dress and have her nails done: a fake night of dinner & drinks with Abbie & Emma.
They planned to meet up at Abbie's house (the perfect ploy to get her to Conway & then into Emma's car so she could drive her to the proposal spot where we were secretly setting up.) I will never forget watching Matt walk her to the blanket lined with white roses, and a ring box hidden by one of the vases. All of her dreams were coming true. What a joy it is to watch two people fall in love so deeply, and know they're meant to be forever.
Honored to be capturing their wedding day next year, exactly one year from the day he proposed!!
CHEERS TO THE FUTURE MR. & MRS. MOIX!!
